- Orders for digital products, including antivirus software, can be canceled within **24 hours** of purchase, provided the activation key has not been used. 
- Once the activation key has been redeemed, cancellations are not permitted.

**2. Refund Policy** 
Refunds are only issued in cases where the software is found to be **defective**. 

**2.1 Refund Eligibility** 
- A refund request must be made within **1 days** of purchase. 
- The software must be proven **defective** or not functioning as advertised. 
- Refunds will **not** be issued for: 
  - Change of mind. 
  - Incompatibility with the customer’s system. 
  - Issues caused by improper installation or misuse. 
  - Activated or redeemed software licenses.

- If the issue is verified, a refund will be credited within **7 business days** to the original payment method. 
- In some cases, we may offer technical support or a replacement before approving a refund.
- Technical support will be provided based on the availability of the team
- Replaced product will be delivered to the mail with in 24 hours
